BACKGROUND
​Body Wellness Place offers personalised private and group sessions at a boutique gym facility in The Gap, focused on whole-body health. Unlike traditional gyms, they cater to individuals who may not find the support they need in mainstream fitness environments. Their inclusive space has developed a diverse client base, ranging from older adults in their 80s to those with disabilities or specific health concerns, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.

In addition to new promotional materials like outdoor signage, flags, A-frame boards, and business cards, we refreshed their brand to reflect their "fitness made fun" philosophy. We also redesigned their website, implemented an online booking system for streamlined scheduling, and set up email templates to help them send regular updates to clients, enhancing communication and engagement.
THE CHALLENGE
One of the key challenges Body Wellness Place faced was a lack of visibility, as their studio blended in with nearby buildings, making it difficult to attract attention from passersby. Despite offering a unique and inclusive fitness experience, they weren’t drawing in enough foot traffic to fully reach their potential client base. To overcome this, they needed to implement signage that would not only stand out but also align with the welcoming, supportive nature of their brand.
